The Doulas for Aboriginal Families Grant Program would love to hear about your experience with your doula!
We recognize that your time with your newborn is incredibly valuable. We appreciate if you are able to complete this brief survey and in turn, contribute to the enrichment of our program. (Option to remain anonymous).
To be entered into an annual draw for a $200 gift card prize, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address on the next page. Your e-mail will not be associated to your survey responses in order to remain anonymous.

*Cultural competence requires that providers demonstrate knowledge and behaviours that enable quality care to be provided to diverse peoples in a way that is sensitive to differences. **Cultural safety refers to what is felt or experienced by a patient when a provider communicates with the patient in a respectful and inclusive way, that empowers the patient in decision-making. It results in an environment free of racism and discrimination, where people feel safe when receiving health care.
