Our 2025 October Membership Meeting is taking place in Nanaimo on October 17th and 18th. We look forward to welcoming everyone to this event!
The deadline for registration is September 15th.
The deadline for hotel room requests is September 15th.
BCAAFC will reimburse for travel and book a hotel room for one delegate per Friendship Centre, if the travel claim is received by November 1st, 2025.
For mileage claims, we will only reimburse up to the cost of an economy seat equivalent, based on the rates of booking a flight on September 30th.
If you would like to register more than one person, please complete this registration for EACH person from your Friendship Centre and identify Board Members, Elders Council, or PIYC. Additional people will need to book their own accommodations.

BCAAFC will book one hotel room per Friendship Centre. Additional rooms must be booked directly with the hotel using this link. We can also book additional rooms and bill you for the additional rooms after the meeting.
However, booking additional rooms, and all associated fees are the responsibility of the Friendship Centre.

We are working with Port Alberni Friendship Centre regarding their upcoming event to celebrate 60 wonderful years of supporting their community. This event is on October 16th from 4:00 to 9:00 PM, and there is space for one representative from each Friendship Centre to attend. You can identify in your registration form if you would like to attend and have a seat on a bus taking meeting participants to the event.
