Join Strong Circle for a practical one-hour webinar on employment legal resources for Indigenous non-profit leaders and board members.
We will be joined by employment lawyers Lou Poskitt (Cooperwilliams Truman & Ito) and Josh Regnier (MLT Aikins) for a conversation about common workplace questions and issues that can arise in community-based organizations, including letters of offer, employment contracts, progressive discipline, constructive dismissal, and more.
Participants are encouraged to send questions in advance so the session can be shaped around the real experiences and needs of leaders supporting Indigenous non-profits across the province.
