Friendship Centre Training Program

BCAAFC is offering a variety of free training sessions to all Friendship Centre staff. These sessions are thoughtfully designed based on direct input from Friendship Centres and our team to address the unique needs of the communities we serve. All Friendship staff members are encouraged to take advantage of these training opportunities. Courses are available online and in-person events.

Our goal with this initiative is to support personal and professional growth, while also building capacity across our network of Friendship Centres. By offering these resources at no cost, we hope to ease the burden on organizations while empowering their staff with valuable skills and knowledge. The workshops, courses, and seminars are designed to be flexible, with formats ranging from short one-hour sessions, to full-day/two half-day workshops, and even month-long courses. This allows participants to choose what best fits their learning needs and schedules.
